Greetings Heroes and
Heroines Well, I have an
unusual game idea brewing in my mind right now. It is a DC Adventure
Game, but not your vanilla DC Adventure game. It is a game set at one
of the many DC Universes around. Actually it is a game set on Earth
11, a world where the DC Heroes and Villains had swapped their
genders. If you don't feel fully comfortable about a full gender
swapped world we can do a partial gender swap world, where the hero
and their rogue gallery change, but everything else looks normal. Weird game, right?
Well, for this idea my idea spin around games for very small groups,
let say solo or duo games using some already established characters
but altered to fit to your taste and view about the character. Think
you are playing the days before JLA formation.
The game mood and
game setting is close to the modern (before flashpoint) mood. It is
closer to Justice League Unlimited/Young Justice spirit than New 52.
My main focus here is tell a good story and create this universe with
YOUR aid, because so far nothing is set in stone about the characters
past and part of present, a lot can be changed to fit your vision and
preferences. - BTW it is a text based game If you are
interested here is a small list of characters with a very brief
description but we can adjust that. Superwoman – last
survivor from a lost planet who was sent to Earth as an infant by her
parents. Once grew up she swore to protect her foster home from any
threat from any source Flash – Forensic
Scientist which by accident got a super charged chemical bath which
quickened her metabolism and gave the gift to move faster than
anything Green Arrow – rich
party girl who had her life changed when her yacht sunk close to a
mysterious island where she learned how to fight for her survival,
once back to civilization she continued her hunt for injustice Atom –
astrophysics scientist who was capable to craft a lens which let her
change her size and mass which let her adventure herself at her
search for new ways to bring peace and progress to mankind Star Sapphire –
Heiress from an aircraft company finds mysterious gem after a plane
which she was crashed with a mountain. The gem saved her life but it
hasn't solved the mystery why people wished to kill her and how the
gem is so powerful I can run games
about the same character for different players, unless the players
wish to crossover their respective plots.
