@ does not cause dropdown menu

When making either a macro or ability, @ does not bring up any menu, and typing in the command that should appear anyway does not work. I have tried in Chrome and Firefox, with flash turned on and off, with the token of the character trying to be used selected and deselected. Chrome and firefox; Win7; latest versions of all.

Jake M. , I believe the issue being described is lack of the following behavior: Roll20 Wiki said: The Macro editor supports auto-complete of both nested macros (by pressing “#”) and Attributes from Characters (by pressing “@”).

Are you a player or GM in this game? Using @ and then starting to type an ability like @stre pulled up "@{Agent Wilson|Strength}" which is working correctly from my PoV.  Can you please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues checklist (confirm you're using the latest non-beta version of Firefox or Chrome, turn off all extensions, addons, and anti-virus, and clear the cache) to see if one of those components is causing the problem?  If doing that fixes the issue, just let us know. Otherwise, move on to Step 4 .
