I dont know about d20 but All flesh must be eaten is iconic which is based off the story teller system. I would run that, I dont like d20 so youd be out of luck on that part.

Year of the Zombie is a good d20 take on Zombie survival horror. However, I think "The Dead" is by far the best zombie RPG, not to mention, its free.
