Unable to see chatlog

Game has been going for well over 8 months - a little over 160hrs and none of the players are able to access the chat log. We tried both by the in-game option and by the one offered before joining the game. The page starts to load and you can see a option to hide the whispers but than the page just crashes. As indicated in the thread Silvyre linked to, eventually a chat archive will just get too large for a browser to render and the only thing you can do is go to your Game Details page and choose 'Clear Chat Archive' from your settings menu.

As Silvyre and GenKitty already said, eventually chat log gets too large. One thing you might try doing if you want to save it is copy and paste the log into a text file from time to time and clear it out.
