After a particularly rough evening, one that Vrinn is sure is going to show itself in various bruises and a slight limp the next morning, he lays on the floor next to Lorran, not even being able to make it towards a bed or something more suitable. Her frame much larger than his, he finds himself the one cuddling up to her more than the other way around as is more the norm. Basking in the afterglow for a time, he waits for a respectable amount of time and an appropriate time between "pillow" talk to broach a less superficial subject. "You know, it's a good thing I'm off the clock. I don't think I'd feel right charging for that if we did what we just did if we were at the Kitten..." he begins, teasingly. "And definitely worth letting that suspicious person go who was following me on my way here. Think I should report it to the guard?" he smirks mirthfully, his blue eyes dancing up to meet hers, his grin parting his lips.
