It's probably a bad idea to start out by attacking your clientele, so I won't state my opinion regarding the builds on every major forum site. The group I play in plays according to RAW, double checks with Hero Lab, and can make a level 3 necromancer that can control unlimited zombies within the rules. The guides you can download that you find on google are wrong. We are Pathfinder Scholars. Recently a friend into e-commerce started playing in our group and suggested that everyone probably wants to play super awesome characters but they don't have the time or understanding. We have accordingly decided to market them. Tell us a build you want and we will make it in as few levels as possible. A build is defined in this case as what you want it to do. BTW since I am posting this to the internet at large and there are a bunch of less than intelligent people on here, a 'trip fighter' is not a good build. What about snakes, giant centipedes, flying enemies and underwater combat? Awesome blow or hold person is infinitely better.
