i lost my campaign please help

hello, i am a GM for my group playing pathfinder. but now after i moved to my new appartment and we are going to start picking up the games again. all of a sudden i can not find my campaign i made, only games i have previously joined are showing. please help. i have got plenty of work left to do but i do not want to start over from nothing. thank you

You could try a keyword search on your My Games page.

Hi robin, any game you have joined or created should be available in your 'my games' list. However there have been issues when someone has used both a google+ account and a Roll20.net account in the past. If this is something that could apply to you I would recommend contacting the team using <a href="mailto:team@roll20.net" rel="nofollow">team@roll20.net</a> and providing as much detail as you can. If the google+ isn't a potential issue they might still be able to locate your game based on the information given and re-attach it to your account if something has gone wrong. Good luck!

well here is the thing, others can still see the game. they can select it from the list of games they have. and it still shows in the details that i am the creator of the campaign. it just does not show up in my list, also all of my mails i send to the players inviting them to the game have been removed. i have 2 inbox repleys on august 22e but everything else before that has been lost. i was hoping a dev would spot my post and look into this. also i do not use google+ as far as i know so it should not be an issue. thank you for thinking with me

Certainly sounds like something you'd be best off e-mailing them about using the address given above. Supply the game name and make sure to send it from the e-mail account you signed up to Roll20 with, that will allow them to easily track down the game and see why it isn't tied to your account anymore. As the devs are all US based I wouldn't expect a reply until later today but rest assured once they've got their morning coffee in them they can do wonderful and magical things! (disclaimer: this comment is brought to you by experience and certainly isn't a prediction of the developers actions) :)

the name of the game is symphonia. i don't know the URL, with an explenation i could attempt to figure it out.

Robin, I'm not seeing that game associated with your account. Is it possible that you have a different email address that you've created an account with Roll20 or logged in originally from Google Hangouts?

i have never used Google hangouts before and my other players can still find the game, <a href="mailto:spoinkje@hotmail.com" rel="nofollow">spoinkje@hotmail.com</a> is one of my players and if you look at his account you can find the campaign there. it is the only game he ever joined and we confirmed that it is still there. i hope this helps find it. also i have never used a divernt e-mail. i am 100% sure i used this acount also since i still have 2 mails from one of the players that we used to confirm our conection with the group. but what stood out in all this is that everything befor 22e of august disappeared including my invites to the other players to join the campaign. i do not know if the date means anything to you? i hope this helped a bit

also, that same player has been using that same account to send me messages in an attempt to connect everything and these send messages do not even arrive on this account. we do not understand how right now this account can not even recieve anything what so ever from other accounts, is it possible that there is a corruption or glitch that prevents me from connecting to others. on a side note this forum has no problems what so ever in recieving my messages. should i concider making a new account and start over? i have a new e-mail adress ready for use if need be.

gents, i want to thank you all for your help. i feel like a moron, appearendly when i started as a GM i already used the new E-mail in a new account. but the name i used was indentical thus i had not noticed anything of the sort. this is send from the other account and everything is in place without anything missing. again thank you for all your time and effort to help me correct a misstake that i made.
