Campaign Email Notifications

My friends and I play mostly while doing other things at the computer (work mostly..) and would like the option to have an email notification that the campaign has changed. Note, that this would not email us everytime something is posted to chat, but more 1 email to let us know something has changed with the campaign and then no more emails until we join the campaign again. Thanks.
It would be nice to see this be something the players can opt into. This would allow them to request small summaries like you suggested, or a full digest of chat logs if they wanted (which I personally would).
I'm not sure if Roll20 is particularly suited to Play-By-Post, to be honest.
I'm not sure if Roll20 is particularly suited to Play-By-Post, to be honest. I think that it would work. As it seems possible to play in an asynchronous way (I mean each player making his "move" and making comments in the chat box when he plays, even if no one else is logged in). Maybe playing synchroniously (everyone logged at the same time) only when something a little complicated arise. And using the chatroom as the play by mail tool. I intend to try it one day. It would lend itself well to an old style dungeon crawl with simple rules, I think.
Patrick C. said, I think that it would work. I agree.
