Jukebox filtering

Riley posted that he disabled the filtering in the jukebox and it gave me a thought. Implementing a checkmark to enable or disable the filtering for the jukebox. The jukebox filtering could be set on as default then give people the option to disable that filtering. This would help people that are having problems with the jukebox music search not working for them in disabling the filters. Just a thought that I wanted to mention.

The Roll20 search filter can already be enabled (well, not atm since Riley disabled it) or disabled via the dropdown menu. Background Music and Sound Effects are the two filters while All Music is no filters.  The problem that is currently hitting jukebox is that the Background Music and Sound Effects filters are returning 503 errors while the All Music option does not. Because of this Riley has disabled the Background Music and Sound Effects filters, so that they are both behaving like All Music (no filter, no 503 error). - Gauss

Ah, I thought that there were filters for all 3 of them. sorry, my mistake.
