I know that this could be dangerous, but already bought tiles, art, music, and tokens are being wasted on my PC because I can't bring it into my Roll20.net games.
This is Brian R., I'm logged in here because I had trouble logging in.
Tile, Art and Tokens can be dragged (and I believe Copied and Pasted) from a folder on your computer to the game screen. It will be uploaded to your account's images quota. (which is 100mb on the free option) You can upload music to Soundcloud.com and the title can be searched for from the Jukebox.
Also, please read the Help&Docs link!
You can also go to https://marketplace.roll20.net/library and drag multiple files at once. These get added to your library and tagged with the file name. They can then be easily found in the token search.
