Loading Screen/Crashing Browser Tab - Only in one game.

Tested it multiple times and had a few of my players try as well, game keeps hitching at the loading screen and proceeds to crash the browser tab.  Checked it out on some of our other campaigns/games as well and we don't get the same result.  Seems to only be the case with that game.

Sorry to hear you are having a problem Ridrith. Can you try a few things before we start on the general troubleshooting guide? Have you cleared your text archives and pause any api scripts you might be using? If not give that a try but if that doesn't work, follow the troubleshooting guide below. Can you please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues wiki page, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you.

This got resolved!  For some reason changing the map to having a hex grid slowed it down so much that it simply wouldn't load.  I got in using the Edge browser but was lagging severly until I could disable the hex grid (v).  Now it's all loading up properly.

Glad it got resolved. I'm going to close this thread as the problem was fixed. If you have any other problem please post a new thread about it.
