Hi guys,  I am a first time GM, so I asked one of my friends (we are a big group) to help me in creating encounters, story, etc. How can we both GM the game at the same time?

Yes, Karim, both can work on the game together, at the same time. There are a few abilities the Co-GM cannot do, that only the GM game creator can do, and those limitations are listed on the Wiki Docs link.
