Webcams aren't working

Me and all of my friends couldn't see each other in roll20 anymore, we ran through all the trouble shooting steps, found we could see each other in google hangouts but still the in roll20 video doesn't seem to work :( This is true for all 5 of us.
Hello, We've got the same prolem. Our video is working, but we can't see the other players. Could you help us ?

To all posting about this issue Please help the Devs solve this by working through every step of the following troubleshooting guide, which was posted by GenKitty of the Roll20 Mod Team. GenKitty said: Before we dive into the guts of the issue, we're going to need you to do a few things for us, things that sometimes fix issues for users before more extensive troubleshooting is needed. Can you please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues checklist (confirm you're using the latest non-test version of Firefox or Chrome; turn off all extensions, addons, and anti-virus; and clear your cache) to see if one of those components is causing the problem? We can only help if we can recreate your issue, so it is important that you follow each step. If doing that fixes the issue, just let us know. Otherwise, move on to Step 4 , and we'll need all that information to further assist you.

The Devs are all US based and likely sleeping and dreaming of new ways to improve Roll20 right now. Your best chance of help is to follow the tech help steps posted by Silvyre a few posts before. That way when the Devs are full of coffee again they can get straight on to identifying any potential problem. Thanks
This has been an ongoing problem since at least last Tuesday (we tried last Tuesday and again Thursday). All are impacted. We tried the 8 or 9 steps in the Solving Technical Issues and Audio Visual Troubleshooting - with no luck. We can each see ourselves, but no audio or video feed going to each other. Jukebox sounds can be heard by all, and the "bleep" when someone chats can be heard by all - but audio and video feed from the individual gamers does not work. We discovered that one of our other rooms does work and after posting the discovery to the forum, a number of other groups created a new room and theirs worked in that new room. Kind of suggests it may only be impacting some rooms (possibly older ones) and not others - maybe depending on the server the room is hosted on? Haven't seen much from the Dev Team yet.
According tothis there are 2 sync Shard servers totally offline more than likely these are Video/audio related. Our entire game night was shot to Shite because of this and no one had a good time at all. We ended up in Hangouts which does work video and audio so we could still use the Vtt for maps but it was too late to move forward and some needed to get to sleep, so ...
Yep - Nothing's changed and it was working fine yesterday. Came on today and it's not functioning. Scanned through Chrome settings, roll20 settings, and PC settings to no avail. Everything's allowed but there's no popup to activate Mic and Video when I load the campaign page.

Yesterday we had an issue with our real-time sync provider. You can monitor the status of our servers here: http://status.roll20.net/ - Our moderators are instructed to walk all bug reports through the message you received above because most of the time, it is very helpful for us to have the information it can provide. The Mods and users who provided this information are simply acting with how we run out forums. Since this thread has turned, I am closing it. Feel free to start a new one if another issue arises, making sure to provide us with the console log needed from the troubleshooting steps above.
We're hearing reports from some folks that the built-in A/V (the WebRTC/Tokbox one) is suddenly not working. We're trying to figure out exactly what's going on here and it helps to have it all consolidated into one place. Please head to this forum thread and share the information requested to help, thanks!
