[LFG][CST] Any Interest in Degenesis?

I just picked up a copy of the new edition of Degenesis. It is one of the best RPG products I've seen in a long time! It is well laid out, and the art is fantastic. The world is super interesting, and bizarre as hell. The rules are straightforward enough, based on dice pool rolls built on Attributes + Skills. It seems like it flow very well as a story-driven game. Has anyone else had a chance to pick this up? Any interest?
While I am not in CST I would still be interested if the time and day are right. I am in CET so GMT+1. I would love to play but due to the time difference I could only do Saturdays.
My preference would be weekends anyways. If I were to play on weekdays it would have to be between 6pm and 12am CST or so.
6pm translates to 1am my time. I could do that and play for about 4 hours.
Well, here's hoping there is some more interest then! I'm really hoping someone willing to GM appears.
I will get the book when I get home but I am not sure I am up for running it since I already run 2 games.

Yeah, the game engine is pretty straightforward, I could probably run it but I have zero experience running games on here. I usually prefer to play a system a few times before I'm willing to try to DM, and that includes Roll20.
Hopefully the lure of a free version of the book, without the fantastic art, will lure a player or two...maybe a GM? http://files.homoeoteleuton.com/Degenesis/DegenesisCCRelease.pdf
I just started reading about this system and would love to give it a shot. I'm in CST and would also be available around that time frame.
If there is still room, I'm very interested in joining up. I'm working on a PBP game over on a small forum, but more want a weekly game.
I've just finished a read through of the rulebook and would love to play but I have zero experience as a GM. I'm also in EST which is just CST +1 so any games played should be easily translatable.
Ok, glad to see there's a bit of interest. However, I should let everyone know, the CC PDF I posted is for the original edition, and not the current one. My bad. Omikias, that's me running the PBP game! Glad to see we hang out in all the same places!
You're over on Reddit and GitP? What a crazy random happenstance.

I assumed you were talking about the current edition and just used the older version to give the basics, in any case whichever edition is used is fine by me
Awesome. Depending on how my PBP game starts off, and if Erzig is able to run the game, we'll see how this shakes out...I've never run a game on Roll20 before...
Well I could be convinced to run it but in that case it would be run on Saturdays around 20:00 CET so that would be around 1pm CST I can easily start earlier but I would not like to start later then 2pm CST since I would prefer to run 4 hour sessions. It would also be more of a roleplaying game then rollplaying meaning that it would not just be combat and rolling dice, I would expect people to play their characters.
I would be 100% ok with this! I was really starting to think I'd have to jump up to the challenge myself and let everyone down with how horrible it would be! Thanks, Erzrig!
I would like a proper application, a bit about yourself and your roleplaying experience and such. Possibly an idea for a character, not in stats but as in background and personality. https://app.roll20.net/lfg/listing/36760/degenesis-the-dark-judge
Howdy folks, just dropping in here to mention that I'm quite interested in playing - been poring over the two books through the week and I love the setting. Will post an application in Erzrig's campaign in a day or two.
Though I'm not able to join the game I am pretty interested in a Degenesis game.
If we get 4 players we will run the game.
If you are still looking for people, I would be very interested in playing at the times you mentioned.
I'm assuming posting our interest in the game itself is the way to go. My idea there is pretty bare bones at the moment, but I'll try to put more into it as far as background, personality and stuff tonight if I can.
Due to some IRL issues, I won't be able to run this game. I am terribly sorry.
Ah shame. I'm a bit busy at the moment and just took up running a Dark Heresy 2nd Edition game, alongside a Rogue Trader game I have going, taking on Degenesis as well may be a little too much. Perhaps after the holidays. Anyone else willing to try their hand at GM-ing Degenesis?
I might try to run a game in March when my schedule changes.
I actally might be able to run a game sooner though the time would have to be Tuesday nights starting 6ishpm EST. Would anyone be interested in a game at that time?
Might be cutting it close for me, I get out of work at 5pm CST...7 EST would work better for me.

yeah 7pm EST will work for me. Check out this thread I made and message me if your interested. Nothing in there is set in stone. https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/2790099/interest-check-degenesis-tuesdays-at-6pm-est-gmt-5/?pageforid=2790099#post-2790099
