Dev site not rendering correctly in Chrome

The normal site loads fine, but the dev site looks all jacked up (see attached). This is using Chrome and Windows 7. I checked in Internet Explorer (the first alternate browser I came upon) and the site rendered fine.

That's the rendering I have for the normal site when using Firefox (and the reason I am using Chrome). I supposed it was the result of a plugin or another that I have in Firefox.

It looks like the CSS isn't getting loaded for some reason. Try clearing your cache and reloading.

It doesn't make any difference, but it is not a problem for me as I am using Chrome, which works perfectly.
