So me and a buddy are both new to roll20. My buddy will be the DM and once we get a good handle on how roll20 works we will be looking for a group to play D&D 5E with on a regular basis. This thred is just to see if anyone be interested in joining us. Below is a small summary of what my buddy has planned. WORLD -after nukes in WWII world ban on advanced tech. -steam power and some nat. Gas and simple electronics -ban on science leads intellectuals to magic -reemergence of magic brings with it mythical creatures and mer-folk -machines and magic have been combined to create golems, incredible medicine and magical weapons and vehicles SETTING -a walled-off and over-built New York City -walled off due to immense zombie outbreak in New Jersey and constant assault by the millions of undead former inhabitance -city only accessible via zeppelin, heavily secured ocean-side port or illegal (and dangerous) magical portals PLAYERS -the players start together in a lower east side dive bar -players are part of a private investigation/mercenary squad in the employ of "Dunlop Investigation, Consulting and Security Inc." or D.I.C.S for short -players get called in to investigate reports of undead in the city and things go from there. If anyone would be interested please let us know. We are thinking of playing on a weekly basic or monthly on Sundays. We'd like at least 3 other people.
