[4E] Powers that don't follow the standard formula

So the PCs in my campaign have chosen some classes that have abilities that aren't the standard "Roll [ability] against [armor] to do damage." Some are skald auras, some are bladesinger bladespells which don't roll to hit but still do damage, and various other powers. How can I put these into the community character sheets? It seems to want to force me to do an attack roll for the power.
