During our interlude in the city, Vorlin takes the time and money to copy all the spells he can from the two spellbooks to his own. He also attunes himself to his new wand. After all this, he makes his way out to the closest forest and casts Find Familiar as a ritual. Waiting as long as necessary, he acquires a new weasel companion that rides on his shoulders unless commanded otherwise.
