Is there any way to whisper to a player and then add additional commands such as /em /desc? I want to whisper a player a brief description of whats happening. (/desc) and then a whisper as an NPC. (/emas)

I'm afraid not without the assistance of API scripts.

The best you can do is format the whisper in bold and or italic. Wrap the text in asterisks like so, ***text here***, and it will be a little more distinguished from a regular whisper.
