Sunday and some thoughts

1)  Who do we have on Sunday? 2)  Lloyd and I talked a little about doing something with the combat. I really dig some parts of Legends of the Wulin.  I like the Entanglements, I like the Secret Arts, the world, in fact---all of the system except for the combat goes pretty quickly and easily. The combat, however, not only slows it down further than I think we all want it to be.  The comics I got in High School would often have battles going for several issues, but they weren't generally the entire cast of characters.  Other things were happening.  That's one possible solution.  It still gives us the problem of Joss---the amount of Joss you were able to throw around in the big battle for Notably Picturesque meant that Firey Fox was essentially one-two Rank below you and Skeleton Secretary was equal or one below.  Doesn't make for a lot of tension because you end up with a ton of Joss. I'm looking at a game called The Dragon Pool that was made because a group had the same problems.  Looking to see if we might be able to graft on the combat or something.  It'll probably be at least another week before I have time to get through it, but I'll let you know what I think when I go through it. Any thoughts on the system or game?
I put a game called The Dragon Pool in the RPG folder. It's essentially Legends of the Wulin as done (kind of) by Cortex Plus.
I'm available sunday.
