Marketplace Purchases Unavailable

Hello, I just purchased a token set and am trying to build a map. The tokens will not appear in my art library when I search for them and when I attempt to pull them from my purchased library I am just getting a symbol of a circle with a line through it. What can I do to fix this? Thanks!

Hello Mark. You need to email the devs at <a href="mailto:Team@roll20.net" rel="nofollow">Team@roll20.net</a> and supply your account name/email you use to log in with and the package you purchased. All financial issues (marketplace purchases, subscriptions, etc...) are handled through email to ensure privacy.
Hi&nbsp; Mark C. - please do email us and we will help - important to note, we were having some issues earlier today from&nbsp; a DDoS attack and this may have caused the issues you described. I am going to close and resolve this thread and once you email we will continue to work to resolve the issue.
