Looking for a D&D 5th Edition Group

So I'm looking to find a 5e group to play some D&D with. My availability is daytime on pretty much every day but Sunday, and Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday evenings after 6:30pm Central, and possibly Fridays after about 7:30-8pm Central. I'm not partial to any class/level really cause i feel the group kinda sets the dynamic of what i play. And i don't care whether it's your own world or a module.

What about Mondays?

Monday nights i actually run a game. I could play on monday during the day. Up until about 5:30 pm central or so

Well, it's easier to find a DM when the players are already together. Haha. That time frame is ideal for me to participate. 

any chance i can get in on this? I will say i've never played d and d before, but i'm a quick learner and have played the dragon age tabletop rpg before so theres that... i do have the players guide ect for dnd 5e and can get a character made quickly enough, if your ok with me joining let me know :)

Well, I suppose the best way to get something to happen is to form a group of ragtag adventurers and put them together and hope to find an omnipotent Dungeon Master to grace our party with a world and adventure in which to kill things and make complete arses out of ourselves :P

I'm interested in joining a D&D group as well. I am an experienced player and willing to help. I have DM'd when I started playing, but haven't done much since then. Also I am new to the whole Roll20 client. Would prefer to play rather than DM but if needed I can.

the next step would be to pick the day and timeframe we'd be looking for a DM to run a game at. Monday afternoons are good for Pagan and I. what about jamie and jonathan?

well im actually in the UK so it would purely depend around the time frame. im ideally looking for a monday or tuesday evening to play though. definately cant do a friday and weekend as i see my girlfriend on the weekend all weekend. other than those days im pretty flexible to be honest

Weekdays are a bit difficult for me because of work. I live EST. Available: All day on Weekends.      Weekdays after 6pm EST (except Wednesday because I play in a different campaign).

So i'll put up my availability a little bit more solid. Mon: 8 am - 4 pm Central, Tues: 8 a - 4 p C, Wed: 8a-4p, 6:30p-12a C, Thurs: 8a-4p, 6:30p-12a C, Fri: 8a-4p, 8p-1a or 2a, Sat: N/A, Sun: 6:30 p - 12 a

Hopefully some of use will be able to find a good time to do something together. I know personally that i wanna play a Paladin :D

hi i am 20 years and played DND ones when i was 11-12 or so you can say im new and i like to join a 5e game and i dont know what i can play as so where can i find the rules. i can play any day after 11 am gmt and i dont have a camera so i cant play games with video. if you have a game that starts today or tomorow i like to join :) P.s i do not want to play with a to serious group

I'd be interested in DM-ing on Roll 20, and have set up the 5e Starter Adventure in Roll 20 to figure out the tool.  I look for a group that is in it for the fun.  Obviously rules help keep everything consistent.  IMO, if a rule gets missed but the gang is having a good time, so be it.  I'd rather see people learn D&D in a fun atmosphere (assuming they are new to the game), then worry about being 100% accurate with the rules down the road.  IMO, the other way (rules first, fun later), means a lot of people leave the game before getting to know it :< . Well Brett M., I think this could very well be something we can get done. So I need to know whom is still interested, i'm thinking maybe Sundays at about 6:30 pm Central? And I also agree with the idea that fun is the most important thing. Rules are there to facilitate play not hinder the game. And anyone who thinks this will be a serious game then you may not wanna enter, cause I can get silly from time to time because i enjoy the "Monty Python" moments that tend to happen in D&D.

Thanks PG. &nbsp;Let me know when you have a group settled. &nbsp;I've spoken with a couple other threads (being new to Roll20 I didn't expect such swift responses!), so we'll see how my schedule sits, or I may just publish a LFP listing and link to that. &nbsp;Sundays at 6:30pm CST (I'm EST / GMT-5) could work for about 3 hours for me, but again update here or PM me when a group is together and I'll let you know if I'm still available. (Again, my apologies -- I responded to a few threads and didn't expect the quick responses, but that bodes well for Roll20 helping people connect!)

Not sure if there would still be room, but I've been scavenging around for groups to join, as I didn't necessarily have much luck on my own thread, so I figured I'd try asking others instead. I'm a newer player as well, and have been looking to dive in with a combination of both new and experienced players to teach me. My schedule seems to fluctuate, but I'll always know a week in advance what my free days will be. For myself, Sundays seem to be my one and only free days, whether it be mornings or evenings. Are you guys still looking for players? I've only ever DM'd so would like to experience playing. I do believe I have a strong grasp on the rules, from being a gm, but I would be new as a player. I can do Thursday evening, and Sunday evenings, with a preference for Sunday. I can also do Tuesday evenings if that is on the table (with an even greater preference on this day if possible).
