World map disappered

My world map for my upcoming game completely disappeared. I was working on it fine 2 nights ago was there working great on my laptop but yesterday on a different computer it disappeared on the page tab showed there was some kind of image but wouldnt show it. When i got back home it was still up on my laptop working great so thought it was fixed. Today disappeared on other computer so i figured ok fine wont show there but now its gone on my laptop now. It still show some sort of image is there and all the lines and labels are their but no map. I really need this back up otherwise i have to redo a bunch of work. Laptop uses google chrome with only adblock windows 10  intel i5  other computer google chrome no extensions windows 7 intel i3 i think

Can you please follow Steps 1-3 of our Solving Technical Issues wiki page, taking special care to temporarily disable all browser add-ons and extensions, temporarily pause your anti-virus, and try switching browsers (for Chrome/Firefox specific issues) to see if one of those components is causing the problem. If all of that fails, please follow Step 4 , including providing all of the necessary information, so that we can further assist you. The console log from step 4 in particular will help the devs to identify any potential problem they can help with.

Only one of the computers i've tried it on have add-ons but i disabled them and nothing. Also have tried running it on explorer  and it still happened and disabled antivirus. The computer details that i started having the problem on are  OS-W7 Chrome 47.0.2526.106 JavaScript enabled flash version 20.0.-1 cookies enabled 24 color bit

Hey Jacob, sorry you're having issues. If you could clear up a few things for me I might be able to help. When you say your "World Map" disappeared, do you mean the whole page with all the tokens and everything, or do you just mean the image that had the map on it isn't loading correctly? Have you deleted any images from your library recently, is there a chance you might have deleted your map image?

no its just the image of i uploaded of the map i had borders for countries and town names and such that are still there but the actual image isnt showing. I thought that it deleted it at first but on the page toolbar it still shows there is an image it just wont show it. Then it loaded up on my laptop when i got home that night before disappearing again the next day.

It sounds like you might have deleted it by accident. The reason it was showing up intermittently on the other computer at first was probably due to caching weirdness. If the image doesn't show up in your Library, then it's been deleted. It should be a pretty easy fix if that's it, you can just upload the image again and reposition it back onto that table, lining it up with the names and tokens you already have on the board. If you have any further issues let me know.

the page toolbar still says there is an image its doing the same thing to another page for a campsite. The campsite has disappeared before and came back but still wont show correctly in the page bar. I was also able to move and interact with it that night and kept working on it until i logged off when it was still up.&nbsp;

also a player just checked and he can see it but i can not

Which of your games is this happening in? I'll hop in and take a look.
