Hey guys, I'm a new DM looking to get some experience in but I don't want to be
overshadowed by veteran players so I'm looking to run a New player
session Friday/Saturday of this week. I'm looking for players interested in learning the Pathfinder and Roll20 system and don't mind being taught by someone who is still learning as well. I've run a few one shots and have used and experimented with the Roll20 system and the best way to get things down pat is teach it to someone else. Before our session starts I'll help with the basics of Character creation and answer any and all questions about the rules (Core rules, Races, and Classes only) and then on Friday evening we'll do a tutorial session and then on Saturday evening we'll play our first real session. On Friday night we'll flesh out characters, do some mock game play, and get
familiar with roll20. For example we'll talk about our character backgrounds, do some simple RPing, Move our characters around the gameboard and learn to use Roll20 Character Sheets. Then we'll move on to some simple goblin slaying and skill mechanics. On Saturday we'll Try to go
through a full session without issue. I'll have a simple one shot prepared where hopefully we'll enjoy RP, Combat, and exercise a few of our Skills in a relatively smooth manner. We'll aim to start around
7p.m. and each session will go for around two hours(presumably). I will be using voice
chat, though if you can communicate sufficiently through text chat then voice is not
required, though you must be able to hear the voice chat of myself and others. Please
leave questions, comments, and concerns below and PM me if interested. P.s. This is an updated repost of a previous topic that I deleted. (wanted to update the title)
