party travel and night watch

how do you get the navigation and night watch box to appear?
Hi, Chey . What are those? Are they features provided by a Character Sheet?
no. when travelling as a party our gm had us move 4-5 squares then rest for the night he had a night watch button which rolled a D20 for a random encounter. We had to have 3 night watch shifts. Then when we began travelling there was a navigation button which rolled a d20 for encounters or traps... It would be easy enough to just have the players roll a d20 but the buttons were nice and it was all labeled. He is a pro member so that might be an upgrade feature. This will be my first campaign as a GM so I am just trying to find all the tools to make it great!

Chey, you will have to talk to your GM and find out what he is using. As he is a pro account subscriber, it could be a macro that is calling for an API script. It also could be a rollable table which if that is the case, he can help you set it up also.
Okay thank you!

Sounds like he may have been using API Command Buttons . Fortunately, these can be used in certain ways without access to the API (access to the API is only available in games created by Pro subscribers). [This button rolls 1d20](!
/r 1d20) [So does this one](!
[[ 1d20 ]])
