Desnus 2 wolf squad random encounter It looked like a good day, Issachar went hunting with his friend and told us to keep going a bit... He'd catch us later. So there we were, Kellen, Jared, Ellie driving the cart, and me (Prytania), advancing through a dried riverbed. We were idly talking, and although there was something odd in the surroundings, we couldn't find out what it was, and we dismissed it as we kept on our way. That was, until we got to a natural bridge, there we could hear a cheerful song, and suddenly... Goblins! The goblins had prepaired a good ambush, they let loose their dogs and started pelting the cart with arrows. Ellie reacted quickly, and blasted a dog with an energy projectile... Maybe too quickly, since the mules got scared, and started to rush down the river. The rest of us ducked - " I've got this " - I said while I started to summon an eagle pack. The goblins were shooting from bushes along the way, which made it hard to see them, but the lonely eagle I managed to summon had no problem with that and rushed them. Kellen, not too impressed with my summon, let off a snarky remark... And thad did it, Ellie was struggling to keep control of the cart, the goblins could land a lucky shot anytime, and on top of everything, the halfling was being sarcastic... And there are days where you just want to blow things up(" So , you want to see something impressive? "). I grabbed my unholy symbol as I jumped out of the cart, dodging arrows and bites alltogether... Or at least most of them. I kept rushing towards the southern bushes while channeling all the negative energy I could find and letting it off in a large burst that swept the ground. The goblins hiding in the bush died instantly, and the dogs were severely harmed. The rest of the goblins panicked and tried to kill me, but they were no match to me and my eagle. On the cart however, things were starting to take a worse turn. Kellen managed to fend off the dogs that were chasing the cart just as it bumped and shook, completely out of control. The passengers tried to help Ellie, but to no avail... Jared inmediately used his magic to blink outside, and Kellen dexterously jumped off the cart, Eilife had the worst part and got thrown off... Nothing big tho. Whithout the driver, and far away from the goblins, the mules calmed down and stopped not too far away. The goblins seemed to have forgotten them, and sneakily, Kellen managed to knock the last of them unconscious, taking him prisoner.

Wolf Squad random encounter for Desnus 12 : Travel through Hex (- 03,01 ) Travel Roll ? , Terrain ( Jungle ), Encounter 11 (7 Deinonychuses) Found the pack of dinosaurs and befriended them with wild empathy and a deer carcass. Passed along without further issues. You'll have to ask Kirby on this one for details, but I recall him using wild empathy with the pack to get them to friendly (Chat says he got a 16 and a 19), with the help of a deer carcass we threw at them, and we kept going. SOLVED Wolf Squad random encounter for Desnus 12 : Travel through Hex (- 04,01 ) Travel Roll ? , Terrain ( Ruined city ), Encounter 10 (4 Whights) We entered combat and managed to kill them all without even getting hit. Issachar casted entangle, while the rest pelted them with arrows. 3 of them eventually managed to get out, Prytania controlled one of them, who did impressively well in battle, unlike his old friends, who missed the only attack they could get off before getting torn apart by the cross fire SOLVED

The fact that most of the party sees in the dark also helps... Prytania just wandered around summoning things and waving her sword in the air T_T
