Warhamer Fantasy 3rd Edition on Roll20 - Is it even possible ?

Hello everyone, I'm new to Roll20 as I am currently preparing my first virtual RPG campaign with a group of friends. Our game of choice is Warhammer Fantasy RPG, having played some of the 2nd edition in the past. I wanted to bring my group over to the 3rd edition from FFG, however the more I dig into the rules and how the game is built with many physical cards, custom dice, etc. the more I get to think that it must be impossible, or unbelievably difficult, to setup a game on Roll20. Since the game has been out for a few years already, I wanted to ask the people's opinions here before giving up and going back to the 2nd edition. Has someone done a Warhammer 3rd Edition game in here and can share their experience and/or tips to simplify the rules and adapt ? Thanks !

Custom dice can be done fairly easily on roll20 (Rollable  tables) The decks might be hard to setup, but they should be doable.  I don't have 3e exp, so I don't know what the cards are for.

There is a character sheet already in the character sheet selection for Warhammer Fantasy 3e.

Yeah I've seen the character sheet, and there seems to be an API for the custom dice rolls. I might give it a go and not use the cards at all or very little. Still would like some advice from GM's that have done that in the past if someone spots this thread !
