Transferring Ownership of Game

Hi all, First off I want to apologize if this is not the right forum to be posting. With that out of the way, I was wondering if there was a way to transfer full control of a game to another player. Essentially I joined an already made game as the DM (I did not create the game, a player did) and was given GM privileges. We are having a great time and since we are a couple of sessions in now I thought it would be great if we could upgrade to dynamic lighting. So I bought my self a sub and have now found out that because I did not create the game, the dynamic lighting option is not there. So, as the title states, is there a way to transfer ownership of the game? do I have to make a new game? (and if so is there a way to transfer all the maps I've created?) Thanks for your time!

The same question was asked in this  thread and the answer was no. This is due to the game itself is tied to a specific account. You will have to recreate everything you did manually. Most people create maps outside of roll20 with 3rd party photo programs then import them into roll20 otherwise you will have to disable the grids and take screen captures of your maps then stitch them together to recreate the map whole. That or have two browsers open and rebuild the maps in the other game, tile by tile.
Hi  Wycce - thank you for your question. As Pat mentioned, game ownership is tied to the account creator and cannot be transferred. You can visit our  Terms of Service to see the legal speak related to this on our site. As we have thoroughly answered your question, I will close this thread. Feel free to open a new one if you have a new question.
