Built in Calendar System

One of my biggest problems is handling time sensitive issues in game, while also remembering what time of day it is, what day of the week, holidays, duration of PC actions, etc. We really do need a calendar that we could customize the days and months, etc. Edit all the names, how many months in a year, how many days in a month, etc. Then, we could click on a day and put in a new note, maybe with a little icon. There should be a player side of the calendar, and a GM-info only section to each day. This way when my PCs mail a letter I know precisely when it arrives and when they should hear back. I'd really like this builtin timeline idea. Thanks! Edit: Here's a GREAT example: http://donjon.bin.sh/fantasy/calendar/
I'd absolutely love this! Having the option for moon phases would also be an awesome addition!

I was thinking about this again recently I think it could be even more simple. all we need is a customizable Timeline with a slider bar to change the time in game, so to speak. This way we could setup events that should happen once a certain period of time has been reached. Both the starting dates/times and ending dates/times should be customizable.

It's maybe not exactly what you're looking for, but I manage these things with the timetracker script (forum discussion) . You can create a new event, e.g. "Arrival of letter" and a time span, e.g. 48h. During the game, you can use a simple command to pass some time, and you (as GM) get a message when an event is reached.
I had done this manually by mapping my fantasy campaign's calendar system on graph paper scanning said paper and doing a little editing of the image uploading the image to a page in Roll20 where I set the grid cells to each day of the months in my calander. I use move a toke around to keep track of the days elapsed. I rename the page to reflect the change of years. I use the health bars of the token to reflect the time of day. I haven't really worked out a method of solar versus lunar calendars This method works in a pinch but, yeah, it would be nice to have functionality for this. Adding my vote.
