A few basics I've noticed

I haven't gotten the chance to actually start a game up with my players (due to schedule constraints so far), but i have been able to 'toy around' a bit with a couple of them. Some of the things I've noticed that I think could be addressed to make it a bit more player-friendly, and a bit more functional as well are: First issue, and this one is kind of a combination of things: Allow players to adjust their own numbers for the 3 bubbled over their character token. The heart, lightning bolt, and red heart-monitor line (don't know what else to call it, that's what it looks like lol). It's a good security measure, to keep someone from 'fudging' their numbers so to say, but it would make things quite a bit smoother, and take some of the loads of responsibility off the GM's plate if they could track their own numbers. One of my players wants to us a psionic character in our DND 3.5 campaign, and I'd rather not have to track his numbers personally, taking away 1 or 2 or 3 points every time he uses a power. I could simply have him do it on a sheet of paper himself, but then I lose that knowledge of exactly how many points he has at a given time. Just something that we thought of. Also, on that same vein, why is it that only 2 of the 3 bubbles can be set to 'viewable by players'? Why can a player ONLY see the bubble for THEIR token? For us in our games, it's usually a decent idea for all the players to know the health status of everyone in the party. Not so they can 'meta game' or cheat, but the cleric can simply glance at the fighter's health and know he needs to heal him. This would be the equivalent of the cleric glancing at the fighter and seeing how injured he is, lots of bleeding, etc, and know he needs heals. They shouldn't have to ask "How many hit points do you have?" It would just save time and streamline things. Second thing we thought about: Is there a way to close the video box? Only a couple of my players currently have video capability, but we do have audio. Is there a way to close the video boxes on the screen for inactive video boxes, to save space on players' screens who may have smaller monitors? We couldn't find any way do do that. Last issue is the annoyance of the chat scroll box resetting to the 'top' every time I tab back over from the art library, jukebox or settings or whatever. It's just an annoyance to have to scroll all the way down to the bottom to see any messages or rolls that came in while I was tabbed over pulling a few new monster tokens or whatever. As it stands so far, I am completely in LOVE with this system and can't believe that it's finally come around. When I went active duty military several years ago and had to move away from my gaming group, this exact idea was something we talked about trying to do. THANK YOU to you guys for getting this going! Even if nothing changes, it's phenomenal as it is and I'll still be thankful for the opportunity to game with my buddies whom I haven't had the opportunity to see and game with in years!
Something I just thought of that I remembered when I saw the title of someone else's post: Displacement of things on players' views. When a player 'pings' the screen and gets the blue circle where they click, that may be VERY displaced on other players' views based on their level of zoom (and mine as well) at that time. If I'm zoomed out to 120% and my view isn't centered precisely where the player's view in question is, it puts the ping in the same area of the screen, which may be drastically different than the area on the map for the player who is zoomed in at 50%. That was something we noticed.
One last thing: A circle or oval tool instead of just boxes? Possibly for opening view to characters in dark areas where only dim lighting is available, etc? Many many minor uses could come to mind for the circle tool, but that was the first one that came to mind. Just sayin'. :)
Okay, just one more, seriously... Resetting the 'top up' of a token when resizing it. A VERY minor issue, I know, but something that would make things easier to do. When someone slams a potion and becomes 10x10, being able to quick resize without having to re-orient them is just one less little frustration. Okay, off my soapbox now!
Thanks for the feedback James.
