Looking for a group for either 3.5 or 5th editions

I am trying to find a group that plays around 8pm EST either once a week or once every other week. I am a young father to two kids and i have been unable to play any good game in a long time. I keep joining groups only to have unforeseen problems like my kids start changing their bed times or work demends i work extra late.  I learned to play DnD on 3.5 edition and i enjoy playing it alot but I have picked up 5th edition and i am willing to play it if the group i am playing it with is not very serious and can take a small bit of joking around.  I do like to make detailed characters and i like to make them open for the the DMs manipulation. I don't like having a character that's story is so rigid it almost most the DM and the other players to go along with something if their a mission or quest that revolves around the character. I would be grateful if someone accepted me to their game. I hope i can work around my kids sleeping habits so i could play  

Hello, I have a new campaign starting at 8PM on Wednesdays with 5E. It's an all-rogue campaign though because you will be apart of a thieves guild at the start of the campaign. Where you go from there is in your hands. Look on the LFG tool for Shadowmore at 8PM EST on Wednesdays. First game is in a week. Character submission are in process.
