Naming Pages in the Page Tab

Hey, I haven't been able to figure this out just by poking around, so I'd appreciate it if someone could let me know what I've missed: How do I name the pages in my campaign on the Page Toolbar? The Help page says that I should get an option to name a page when I have created it, but I have had no opportunity to do so when creating pages. Furthermore is there an option to go back and rename pages after creating them?
Yes. Drop down the page toolbar (the blue and white page icon at top right) and it will show you all the pages you have created. If none yet, you will just see one called 'Create New Page'. To change the name click on the name and then type away. The important thing is you have to press 'Enter' when you have finished.
Thank you, Mr. G. That was very helpful.
No worries, Tybert. That having to press 'Enter' when you are done thing caught me out for ages too. For a long time I thought just clicking outside the edit box would save the name but it doesn't.
Sorry about the post above, everyone. I was reading two threads at the same time and posted in the wrong one. Couldn't figure out how to delete the post above.
