This bug is still around and hasn't been addressed at all. It can make editing journal entries a pain in the ass. Every time you paste something into the text it scrolls back to the top of the edit box and the top of the journal entry.
Hmm. Thanks HB for poking us about this. I believe this was noted by us mods and the devs, but I don't think an actual bug report was ever made for it. I'll post one right now.
I experience the same issue in the Campaign Forum (the private forum of my game). Trying to organize the Introductory posts for the players, and each time I cut-paste it jumps to the top, making me lose my place. Thanks for taking a look.
