I will be DMing a session for a group of 3-4 players tonight at 6:00 PM Central Time (D&D 4e). This will continue on for a longer campaign, but it will be short in nature, probably only about 5-10 sessions. The campaign in primarily an undead hunt, however the scenario will still be in the fantasy setting. This won't be a Walking Dead style session (although that will be saved for another time). A brief description/intro will be place below. Due to the nature of this campaign, I want to restrict the classes to the primarily divine power set classes (Avenger, Cleric, Invoker, Paladin, and Warpriest). Starting level will be 3 and I would prefer no multiclassing. I'm very laid back about characters, because of short notice DDI would be a great median for character sheets, if you can't get to that let me know how you plan to make your sheet. Also, backgrounds aren't too terribly important, but I do love roleplay, so an idea of how your character acts would be preferred. Many of these classes have high bonuses to slaying undead so the fights will be more difficult than average. If this intrigues you and you can play tonight let me know. TLDR

Intro You look up toward the hilltop shortly after your final blow vanquished the last foe in your sight. As the sun gently sets beyond the crest of the hill, a silhouette of Captain Henrick is the focus of the land's gaze. With a triumphant shout, Captain Henrick brings his massive flail down upon a neck in deliverance of the King's justice. This battle was over; narrowly we have won. The ground beneath you is hard, although the sweet smells of familiar land make the march home a bit less dreary. A planned four month journey was tough enough, much less the variability of being stretched between a three front war during that time. Two years away from the kingdom of Valatone had made you all the more eager to get home but it wouldn't be for long, you knew. The kingdom was in rapid expanse, however this did not come at a cost. Forces were stretched thin, food scarce, and the idea of conquering another land in the name of the king seemed impossible. Yet none of this mattered, not now at least. The only thing on the minds of the soldiers of the Cantavarian Guard was home.
