[AD&D 1e] character sheet. A few issues.

First off I want to say kudo's for all the improvements that have been made in these sheets. It seems like every week when I log on, it's gotten better and better! Two issues, one just a grump, one to point out a bug. When the last change was made, all my equipment vanished from my sheet! Very annoying. The bug involves the new spells sections, specifically the line where I enter the number of spells I can cast per day. The various fields seem to be connected in a way that makes this section unusable. For example, I current can cast six level one spells a day, and have cast four of them. I enter '2' and '6' These numbers populate for every level from one thru nine! A attempt to add my second level numbers, '4' and '4'. Every levels fields change to these numbers, including the level one spells. Hope this helps!

Ouch.  Sorry about the equipment.  The old attribute was @{EquipmentNotes}  You may still be able to pull the data if needed.  The new equipment section was really a complete replacement with only about 1 week window from introducing the section and the complete makeover... apologies. ;-( It looks like I left the spells/day attributes the same for all levels.  I'll get that patched asap.  Thank you.

Not a problem! And I already dug out my old character sheet and transferred the info over. Not sure if I picked up anything new in between, but I can live it that. Thanks for all your hard work!
Just tried to enter spells per day, still a problem. I will check again tomorrow.

You have to wait for Roll20 to accept the pull request on github then it has to merge with roll20's servers... usually takes a few days. &nbsp;;-)

You can see it on the beta though... <a href="https://app.roll20.net/join/731454/6RYNIQ" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/join/731454/6RYNIQ</a>
Ahhh, gotcha! Should be there before my next game next Monday then... nice to be part of the solution!
Back in game, magic spells still not working right. Thought I would let you know.

Roll20 hasn't merged any of the pull requests from last week(well maybe a couple, but there are&nbsp; 17+ waiting )... sorry, but we have to wait. &nbsp;;-( If the DM is a pro they can download the html/css code now and install as a custom character sheet. &nbsp;Switch back to the community once the changes go live.
We don't meet for another week now, so it's no big deal.

Hi Alan! &nbsp;Hi Vince! &nbsp;Alan & i play in the same 1E campaign. &nbsp;We are all loving the new sheet! &nbsp;That wee THAC0 chart on the weapons buttons has been useful for a lot of us, & prompted some of us, like myself to learn how to move the sheet buttons onto the quickbar. &nbsp;However, eventually i just used the &{template:attacks} on my own macros so that my thac0 appears in the row immediately above my d20 roll & i do a simple subtraction for what AC my attack roll hits. &nbsp;That is easier for me because my eyes are bad. &nbsp;But make no mistake, our players have been very happy with the inclusion of the thac0 chart, and the GM whisper. Today i used the &{template:general} for the first time. &nbsp;I haven't spotted where it is utilized in the sheet, but boy o boy does it look good framing up a Rollable Table! &nbsp;:) &nbsp;Now if we could just start getting more colors in the mix! My real question though about the sheet, how do we activate the parchment background on it? &nbsp; The typeset looks so nice, it would be great to compliment it with parchment! &nbsp;:) &nbsp;

Thanks Goblintrain (choo, choo) &nbsp;;-) I think there was a "missed line break" in the /w gm the to-hit AC table that could have caused some issues. &nbsp;I've updated that along with the spells/day not working right. &nbsp;Those changes have been approved by Roll20, now we just have to wait for them to update on the servers. Anyhow, your question: &nbsp;&{template:general} is pretty much used on every roll but attacks. &nbsp;;-) &nbsp; {{name}} and {{subtag}} are the only two defined(formatted) keys. &nbsp;Anything else just follows the simple format of &nbsp;key=value &nbsp;It is "general" for a reason. &nbsp;Not unlike the built-in &{template:default} from Roll20. Background: &nbsp;are you asking about the sheet's background? &nbsp;(There's an on/off button in the footer). &nbsp;or are you asking about can I add parchment to the roll template backgrounds?
Hi, Vince. I'm probably alone in this but I love the weapon vs. AC rules. Would it be possiblt to add an attack matrix block to the weapon section to incorporate this?

Not sure how this would be implemented... &nbsp;Maybe each weapon would have its own to-hit AC table? &nbsp;I'm thinking that might be overkill. &nbsp;;-P &nbsp; How do you adjust your attacks for differences in AC currently? &nbsp; Thanks
That is a tuffy... I'll give it some thought, but I doubt it will come to much.
