Accessing Games Not in Session

Players are able to access the campaign map even when the GM does not have the game online. They are able to move anything that they were given permission for previously. This could be potentially hazardous.
Maybe, but it also enables you to play asynchronous games.
Yeah, this is "working as intended." Once you create a game, it is "always" running. This is to facilitate people who might want to play asynchronously (as Patrick said), such as "play by post" style games. If you want to keep your players from touching stuff when you're not around, an easy solution is to create a "splash screen page" and then move the Player Bookmark there after the game is over.
If you're worried about people moving stuff around while you're not there, just put the players on an empty page, title page, or similar when you leave. Edit: beaten by mere seconds!
Yeah, I love this feature. Players can go in add macros, evaluate tactics, or play asynchronously.
Indeed. I've been talking to some Play by Email (PBEM) role players about using Roll20, because the capability of handing things in that asynchronous way that you guys are mentioning here.

Asynchronus game use is definitely a great idea. But we could use timestamps and in-game offline private messages if possible. :) - Gauss
Gauss, If timestamps could be optionally enabled/disabled, I'd agree very much!

Since this isn't a bug, I'm going to close the thread. If you got any additional suggestions for enriching asynchronus play, I'd recommend creating a new thread (if one doesn't already exist) in the Suggestion Forum for it.
