Cant Edit Campaigns on different computers?

So I will attempt to explain this the best I can. Me and my friend both noticed that we are unable to drag or edit objects in previous made campaigns of ours on different computers. Im not sure if others have had this problem or if this problem has already been addressed elsewhere , new to the community and would appreciate any advice or tips anyone could give. Thanks!
Right here with you bud same problem!

Okay, gotta get through the pretty obvious questions first. :) Did you both make sure you're logged into your respective Roll20 accounts when you switched computers? When you say you're unable to drag or edit objects, do you mean images on the tabletop? Are you still able to create journal entries, add songs in your jukebox, etc? Does the user interface look like you're in player mode rather than GM mode?
1.) yup 2.) We can Drag objects onto the the board but once we drag them there we cant move them, and he didnt add that we cant switch out maps with the toolbar. 3.) we can make journal entries and songs. 4.) Yup we are GMs in GM mode

So if I understand this correctly, the issue comes down to what's happening on the Tabletop, not so much the entire GM interface. When you say you can't switch out maps, are you saying you can't pull down the Page Toolbar to select a different page to load? Are you able to select images at all or is everything you've placed on the three layers stuck where you've dropped them? Sometimes if you have a large map in the background, you can't actually select the smaller images layered atop it without forcing a deselect of the background map. If there's a possibility of that happening here, try hitting the ESC key to see if you can select any of your other images. Are you working on the same browser environment when you switch computers? Can the both of you supply me your browser specs .
yes you cant pull down the page toolbar, so you cant select a different page. As for the images once they are placed down we can not touch the image or any other object either it be a map tile, or token object. we are both at the same school using identical machines, and were running google chrome (we used ie9 to verify it wasnt a problem with chrome), is there any other specs you need.

I'm sorry there has been so much back and forth on this subject, but there sounds like there's a lot of variables to your situation I'm trying to puzzle out. Does this problem only occur when you're trying to run Roll20 on your school campus AKA your computer lab computers? The reason I ask is that we've recently discovered that very aggressive network firewalls can cause issues with operating Roll20. If the tabletop problems are only occurring when you're using school computers, I suspect this might be the issue you're running into. On another note: This isn't really relevant to the issue at hand, but I just wanted to supply a FYI - Roll20 doesn't run on Internet Explorer unless it has the Chrome Frame plugin installed on it. IE by itself doesn't have the teeth to handle a lot of the modern HTML5 functions that we utilize. Chrome, Firefox, and Safari are the only three browsers out-of-the-box that can operate Roll20 at this time. Using any other browser might give unexpected results.
