Kelyn Brambleton , known hereafter as the supplicant, does give her allegiance and vows to protect the person of Wilhelm Von Hapsburg, Duke of Riga, Appointed Servant of the Holy Roman Empire, anointed by God and sole ruler of the Duchy of Latvia. The Supplicant does petition the Royal Person to grant fief of an area in the Southern March, in the area known as Radviliskas and hence forth to be called Brambleton County, and to carry the title Countess Kelyn Brambleton of Radviliskas . The Supplicant solemnly swears to uphold the law, protect the roads and travelers thereon, to uphold the rights of the Duke, and to keep the Duke's Peace upon pain of death.
