Fall back plan?

So I remember seeing someone say something about creating an alt, and it got me thinking. Maybe it wouldn't be such a bad idea to have an alt just in case something happens to Alux. The problem is, no current characters would want to party with a lvl 1. So, if anyone else has an itch to try something new, or maybe just something to give a break from their main character, let me know. Would love to have a newbie adventure, if Matt is ok with it.

Are back up characters starting at 1? I thought Matt had taken pity on us and started new characters at 3 or 4

Yeah, to be honest, I'd really love to play someone who isn't squishy as fuck for one game. :P

New players were starting at level 4. I'll let you guys choose if you want to have new chars start at 4 or 1

I've always wanted to try a magic user. I could spin up a sorcerer to play. Level 1 would be a good place to learn from (assuming we don't get killed by the lands)

I agree, starting at a higher level than 1 just takes something away from the game for me. I've been dying to start up a barb, so if we can get a full group that would be awesome.

I actually have a fighter semi-done, so that makes three of us? 

I'm down to play as well, but if were starting at level 1. I'm probably not going to do a wizard and instead a barbarian grappler.

I could switch to a magic-y fellow if that'll provide more versatility. I still have my original warlock, just need to de-level him.  EDIT: Would also not mind making a cleric for teh healz.

Tuesday next week would be a great day for me, I don't have time on weekends.

I can do that too, just whenever you have time. This is sort of a weird idea but do you guys want to like coordinate backstories? I find that stuff kinda fun. :P

I have a story of his origin. But I wouldn't mind doing a story of how we all ended up here. My character is here for a very specific reason.
