Play by Post Princes of the Apocalypse 5EDnd LFP

I am new to Roll20 but eager to give it a try. I've been meaning to run Princes of the Apocalypse and now is the time. This game will be play by post, not live. Check in to find what is going on, Monday to Friday. I post during business hours on the east coast. Characters will be third level and based out of Waterdeep. I will allow all printed sources as well as Unearthed Arcana. I will consider homebrew and third-party material but tend to err on the side of caution. Characters should have a common connection to a temple. I'll let you decide of which god. Use the standard array for statgen (15,14,13,12,10,8). Base equipment and gold. Roll a trinket from either the player's handbook of the Elemental Evil table. Anything else just ask. More details as they come to me. Find me at Princes of the Apocalypse, or however this works.

Only Plus and Pro subscribers can make their games visible to the public ; by default a link such as https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/xxxxx/yyyyy ... is only visible to players already invited to the game. The best way to handle this situation is to create a Looking for Group listing ; even if you do not enable it for viewing in the LFG Directory you can share the link with others and have a separate Listing Discussion forum just for those potentially interested in your game. As a bonus, anyone who posts to your game's Listing Discussion forum will have a big blue button by their username and all a GM has to is click 'Invite to Game' and an invitation will be sent their way. I hope this helps, happy gaming! :)
Thanks for the tip. I'll keep that inmind next time.
Hey, iv played and dmed a couple of text based games and play by posts, so I'm familiar with the format. Been role playing for the past 15 years, mostly as a DM. Iv played almost all the versions of D&D on both sides of the DMs screen. For character cosepts, I'm flexible to what the party needs. I usually play utility characters over damage dealers, with a bit if Cha to make the best of my wise ass remarks\fast talking. Iv not played a heavy armoured character in a while so I'm keen to play a fighter, cleric or paladin, but again I'm flexible.
