All of my maps are gone

Over the last three days I developed three maps for a new campaign I started. Today they were all gone. Each page was listed as Untitled and they were blank. The name of my campaign and the starred images in my library were up saved, but that was it. Can anyone help restore this?
Hi, Matthew . I'm going to try to do a bit of information gathering and see if we can start puzzling this out. First of all, if you could go to http://supportdetails.com/ and post the information here (minus the IP address, of course!). Were you, by any chance, logged in continuously over the time period you were working on these maps? In the past, we've seen issue where people have lost work due to being disconnected from the servers. There's a message that's supposed to pop-up when that happens, however.
Thanks Sarah. I worked on them in two different places, but seemed to always be continuously logged in over the last two days. There were no pop-up messages, but I generally have pop-ups disabled. Operating System: Apple Mac OS X 10.7.5 Browser: Safari 6.0.5 Javascript: Enabled Cookies: Enabled Screen Res: 1280 X 800 Browser Size: 1272 X 706 Color Depth: 24 bit Flash Version: 11.7.700 I am new to Roll20, but I thought the campaign was saved automatically.

Campaigns are saved automatically. But if you are continuously logged in for an extended period, the servers will eventually log you out. This was done as a fail-safe, as I understand. Riley had set up a message to pop-up to inform people when contact was lost with the servers. If you weren't connected to the server when you were working on your maps, the work you did at that point wouldn't have been saved, unfortunately. However, I'm not 100% sure this is what happened since ALL the work you did seems to have been lost. I may need to wait till our intrepid developers get back from GenCon to have them look into what occurred and if there's something they can do to restore the work. I'm sorry for the delay, but I don't have access to all the tools they do...
I appreciate your attention to this. Thanks! For future reference, should I log myself out of Roll 20 entirely, or just out of a campaign, after each work/play session?
Matthew , logging out of the campaign should be fine. I'll keep my eye on this and get back to you when I find out more.

What is the campaign details link to your campaign and what is the date/time/timezone of the last point your campaign had it's images intact? The Devs will need that information. - Gauss
My campaign detail link is https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/185635/riverend. I was working on it this afternoon (8-16)at about 2:15 (Eastern Time). The site seemed slow, so I logged out and then back in using Chrome instead of Safari. The pages were empty on Chrome. When I tried to pull them back up on Safari, the pages were also blank.
Matthew, I took a look and there were two different campaigns on your account both with the same name ("Riverend"), but one of them had been deleted. I restored the deleted campaign, and it looks like there is content in it: https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/184966/riverend Is it possible that you somehow deleted that original campaign on accident? If that's not the content you're looking for let me know and I'll investigate further.
You've restored the work I did! Thank you. I played around with the program when I first started. Then I deleted that campaign and started a new one with the same name. Anyway, all the maps seem to be restored. Thanks again!
