Our adventurers were back at their humble hangout atop the Moonstone Mask tavern deciding on the several paths that lie before them. Gibby paid the group a visit to request their presence for a celebration that was being thrown by Dock-master Jonathan. As the group had several hours to spare after they made the group decision to travel towards the Sword Mountains they purchased riding horses and supplies for their journey. When the group arrived at the celebration for the return of Gibby and fellow goblins they were surprised to see all of the goblins atop the tables singing and dancing to the Goblin Song. It was a joyous occasion indeed as everyone drank and ate the evening away. When the party was over it was time for our adventurers to gather their strength for a long three day journey to the Sword Mountains. The journey was a peaceful and beautiful one as they trekked through the Neverwinter Woods then across the plains as the Sword Mountains start to come into view over the horizon. As the group was resting on the second night of travel within a small patch of trees and other cover, the keen sensed Halfling Jeph acknowledged worg riders approaching the camp. As these Kobolds roared towards the camp the party had been awoken and were ready. A battle ensued as the Elven archer Izzy was charmed and turned on her allies. While under this magical control she flew an arrow towards the others and struck Tsumoro directly in the gut and he fell. The others saw this and rallied together to overcome and defeat the small band of Kobolds. After the battle, the group stowed their gear, disposed of the slain Kobold corpses and made the short journey to the village of Bastion. The group ran into a traveling merchant coach at the base of the Sword Mountains. The merchant Gheed informed the party that there was no other mining groups within the area and that his trip was a total loss and had to make the long trip back to Waterdeep. After our adventurers lent a hand to help Gheed repair the broken wagon wheel the party was off to find Bastion. As the group approached the Village of Stench (no pun intended because of the fields of rotten agriculture), there was absolutely no movement or any sign of life. After searching the village and surrounding area for clues Bastion appeared and the group was ready to make the fifty mile journey to the mines of the Grey's. The next morning comes and our party is on the move towards the mines location.........
