Compendium Access

I am wondering if there is anyway to disable the compendium access for players, during a session a player can just search for info on a monster being faced and sit and meta game or on the sly use that info to adjust their combat behavior,  I can't find any means of changing settings beyond changing from Pathfinder which is what I will be running to 5e rule set.  Granted the honor system with honest players (lucky I found group that is) fixes this but of course the temptation to use that is still open.    Thanks

Access to compendiums from within the game is all or nothing.  With the variety of ways to access the 5e/Pathfinder OGL materials, keeping the monsters out of the hands of your players will indeed, as you say, require the honor system.
That's sad news, thanks for the reply
Just to re-emphasize GenKitty's point;  there's so many avenues for a player to look up game information, from owning the books, apps, web-searches, etc... that locking out one tool isn't going to prevent someone from looking things up if they want to.  It's really a social issue more than a technical one.
Sure there are other methods, but not as quick as a search right in the program they can do in secret while waiting on their turn, I will just have to monitor behavior a bit closer. This group seems honest but with temptation comes change in method. I don't think adding a "off switch" is unreasonable during session but that isn't the case. Gen answered my original question just fine.
