MutantYearZero v0.1.7 MutantYearZero is a dice roller for Mutant: Year Zero by Modiphiüs Entertainment. It supports separate Skill, Base (Stat), and Gear dice pools and calculates Successes, Trauma and Gear Degradation (Damage). Update v0.1.7 -- This is a near total rewrite of the initial script. New features: The output format has been redesigned and matches the theme of the game with various color choices and a thematic background image. Rolls can now be accompanied by one or more optional descriptions, useful for setting up skill rolls or notes about what a roll represents. You can now Push Yourself more than once (useful for burst fire attacks, as I understand it). Along with this is prevention of other players pushing rolls they didn't make and not allowing old rolls to be pushed again. !wmyz now whispers to both the player that performed it and the GM. Useful for those secret rolls you don't want the other players seeing. Added error reporting for when someone tries to do something they shouldn't, as well as configuration options for how and when that reporting is to be displayed. There is now a Help and Configuration screen, accessible in game by appending --help to !myz or !wmyz. Configuration options only show up for the GM. Commands !myz -- Performs a Mutant: Year Zero roll. Dice pools are supplied as inline rolls of d6s. It takes as arguments up to 3 inline rolls which are interpreted in the following order: Skill, Base(Stat), Gear. You may optionally specify as many --[Label]|[Message] entries as you like. Example Roll: !myz [[5d6]] [[3d6]] [[4d6]] --Player|Buzzard --Skill|Know the Zone (Wits) When you Push Yourself by pushing the blue button, any eligible dice are rerolled and an updated card is printed to the chat. The rerolled dice are shown and the totals on the left are updated, as is the count of what roll this is. If all dice after a roll are either successes or failures, the push button is no longer displayed. !wmyz -- Identical to !myz, except the output is whispered only to the GM and the player rolling it (if they are not a GM). Configuration Settings: GM Can Push -- Normally, only the player who initiated a roll can Push Themselves on that roll. With this option enabled, the GM is also allowed to click the Push button for a player's roll. [Default: Off] Report Mode -- This controls how warning and error messages are handled. None -- No warnings or error messages are displayed. GM -- Warnings and error messages are whispered to the GM. GM & Player -- Warnings and error messages are whispered to the GM and the player that caused the issue (if not a GM). Public -- Warning and errors are sent publicly to chat. [Default] There are 3 different cases that result in messages: Attempting to push and old roll: Public: Attempting to change the push roll: Whisper to Player: Whisper to GM: Attempting to push someone else's roll: Whisper to Player: Whisper to GM: GM attempting to push Player's roll: Previous Release Notes: https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/2912771/mutant-y...
