OUTDATED "Session Calendar"

I am setting up a session calendar on Obsidian Portal . Accounts are free and the calendar comes with a visual view as well as a RSVP system and notification emails. It should also adjust the time for you; this means that I post all the times as if the clock was one hour more (UTC+1) as that's where I am. Please check to see that the time listed in the description to the right (shown when you click on an event) matches the original time but adjusted for your timezone. If you do this once the rest should be good from there. Sign up > post your username > accept an invite > use calendar. Update: Stephen says that the time adjustment looks good to him. As he is in another timezone from me that should mean that the system is working. Update 2: Feel free to use the full extent of the campaign's features. I will be locking it so no outsiders can come in. There is a neat-o character section, a maps section and some other really useful stuff!

Saving you effort is what all this is about Stephen; making the experience more smooth and richer both by simplifying  applications and by giving you more time to prepare and answer those things only the GM can rule on. To such an end I am happy to help.

I am sorry to be a bit a pain in the neck, but I'd rather prefer not to have to sign up for yet another service and spread more of my data around. Would it be ok to have a sticky threat with the upcoming sessions? So people who booked/ordered a session can just add the event?

PK: there are too many stickies and it's obvious that the forum needs a re-organisation. I will do it as soon as I get time.

Are you signed up to Obsidian Portal Simon H mate; you need to register? Check you can log in and which email account your account is sending notifications to.

Sorry to hear that Michael; was looking forward to meeting Ferrork. Hope you will be back with us at a later date and that whatever got in the way ain't bad. I'll see about fixing the gaps so don't you worry about that. Edit: Just in case I won't be removing you from the Obsidian Portal page. That way you can keep track of any sessions you might want to pop in for.
