By crash, do you mean that your browser window involuntary closes? When either of the above occur, does an error message pop up? Does the freezing/crashing occur when you're... Using audio/video chat? Using a large or detailed map (i.e. with many assets)? Using 3D dice? What browser (with version number) are you experiencing these issues with? What extensions are you using with that browser? Have you experienced similar issues with other browsers? What antivirus software are you using?
