All times posted without a timezone specified are to be posted in local time for England. That means GMT during the winter and BST during the summer. UTC is used here only as a tool by which to standardize this time. Winter time is UTC+0 and summer time is UTC+1. This thread will be a place where players can get to announce their schedule and relevant inforamtion to the group; letting parties be formed at opportune times and allowing for planning sessions with more accuracy and information. Keep all times in GMT/BST and preferably in 24 hour format. To get on the sheet simply post your schedule in a reply. If you don't know how to use tables that is fine. I will add all posts to this table. These times are not to be considered binding, rather they are to serve as general information; not promises. There will also be a table of number of sessions played; please count both online and offline sessions. The purpose is to see that no one gets to play almost nothing and if so, to give others a chance to specifically invite them to sessions. No one should have to miss out. The special symbols are not a required use. They are simply there so you don't have to always explain circumstances over and over and to give deeper understanding to the others. Would anyone ever be able to game 7.00 am - 10 am UTC+0 on weekdays?

My availability is as follows: 1) Monday OR Tuesday OR Wednesday evenings (only 1 evening per week) 5pm - 10pm (but can't go much later). 2) Thursday Evenings ( offline ) 7pm-10.30 pm I can also run online instead if there is interest (or on another day; see 1). 3) Saturday 5-10 pm OR Sunday 5-10 pm (1 weekend evening per week). So I will basically be running 3 sessions a week on-line or 2 per week online and 1 offline. I will also not be booking sessions more than 8 days ahead/in advance , as I sometimes have to travel for work and I don't have much notice of this (sometimes it is the next DAY). This 'regime' will run until the end of Week 2 of March and then I will revise it.

Stephen a clarification question: you said Mo Tu or We one session evening, so additional morning sessions at these days is possible?

It will sometimes be possible; if I see enough of the newer players being recruited to go. We will have to play that 'by ear' if you'll forgive the pun.

Due to England, which observes Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) now having Daylight Saving Time (DST), all of Stephen's times are moved to be one hour earlier in UTC. For those of you who live in countries who observe DST this should be a simple and smooth transition and I need only that you verify your times with the table above. For those of you who don't; this means that session will now, in general, start and end one hour earlier. Should there ever be any confusion on this matter then don't hesitate to reach out to me and I will try to help with calculating your relative times.
