Black screen with loading

Lost the data when I tried to check with the player view, now only black screen.. Thanks for help

Hi, Lord Hodor . Does the Page on which the Player Bookmark is located have Fog of War enabled?

Yes I think so, I also tried to create a new one but same probleme

If you, as a GM, disable Fog of War, does that fix the issue?

i cant Loading... Recalculating splines...

i only have this when I go on the page and when I F5, it changes the text under loading only

Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
