Where is the player link?

When I look under the chat tab the player link is not showing (screen shot below). Is there another way to find the link? Thanks, --Allen
Only the game Creator can get a link it I think.  Are you a promoted GM from the maker of the game? Also, there is another way (in case yours just glitched out) where on the right side where the list of players are (or at the bottom if you have a half screen), there should be like an invite players button or something.

Allen. As Jake has stated only the Creator and Co-GM has access to the join link normally (you can have access to it if it was posted or pmed as a link). There are two locations you can find the link normally. First link is in the detail page above the avatars. The second one is located inside the game itself as you indicated but missing on your image. If you are the GM then please let me know and I will move this thread to the bug forum so we can start the troubleshooting procedure.
Thanks I found the second link.  Pat, I am the creator of the game. I just looked on my previously created games and the link shows up for them (screen shot below), but is still not resolving for the game I created this evening.  Thanks for the help, --Allen

Thank you for your PM Allen G. said: Thanks again for the help. If you do move the thread to the trouble shooting section, on my other games the link does not appear until the map resolves on the page. On the game I created tonight it does not. Don't know if that will be of any help to your boffins. Since you indicate it is an ongoing problem with other games of yours, let's run the troubleshooting guide to get the basic checks and information done then we can move from there to solve your problem of missing links. Could you please carefully work through the first three steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
1.) I'm using an iPad and safari.  I just downloaded Firefox and when I try to join any of my created games I get the following error: NoMethodError: undefined method `split' for nil:NilClass But the games appear fine in Safari (just not the player link in one game). I also just downloaded the app, and like Firefox it is not displaying the maps after I join any game. No error message is displayed however.   2.) no extensions are installed.  3.) cache cleared, still no joy on the link.   I was able to retrieve the player link from the details page so playability is not effected. And except for the one missing link Safari seems to be playing well with the servers.
4.) I am going to have to hook my iPad up to my computer to provide the console log. Which I can't do this evening, but I will provide it as soon as I return home from work travel.
Today it shows up. Thanks for the help.

That is so weird and strange but good that it is showing up now. I'm going to close the thread and mark it resolved but if this problem shows back up, please make a new bug thread.
