Hi, Asuna Y. That does sound frustrating! You've already completed some of Step 4 of our guide to Solving Technical Issues , but could you also please work through the first three steps? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions and anti-virus programs. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please finish up Step 4 by providing: A Console Log from the moment you logged into the page through when you encountered the issue Thank you.
I have already tried everything from 1~3, but what do I do to find the console log? Thanks.
Do you experience this issue on Firefox, as well? You can find instructions to open your Console Log at the bottom of the Solving Technical Issues page: Use the keyboard shortcut: Command - Option - J (Mac) or Control -Shift -J (Windows/Linux). If that doesn't work, follow these instructions: https://developers.google.com/chrome-developer-tools/docs/console#opening_the_console

Yes I did try firefox to no avail. I have tried opening the console, and all that comes up is a blank. Is this normal?
Try opening your Console Log after opening your game and then refreshing the page.

Great, thank you. I've brought your issue to the attention of the Roll20 Dev Team, who will take a look at it.
Thank you so much. Hope it gets solved.

Hey Asuna, sorry you're having issues. What do you get when you go to the following url? https://roll20-5.firebaseio.com/pingdomcheck.json
Errr, it makes me open a program, but apparently the computer doesn't know what to use to use the program. If it helps any, I used a VPN and roll 20 finally worked...

If the VPN is what fixed it for you, it looks like there is an issue with your network, somewhere, blocking traffic from firebase. This can be caused by Chrome extensions, or a firewall on your computer or router, or it can be issues with your ISP. These issues are things that are outside of our control, so I'm sorry, but there really isn't much else I can do to help. It looks like you found a way around the issue with the VPN, so hopefully that will continue to work for you.
